This Privacy Policy describes the information Everprep, Inc. (collectively, “Everprep” “we” or “us”) collects or allows others to collect from you and your computer or device when you use the Everprep platform, the Everprep website, or other interactive services provided by Everprep that link to or refer to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy also explains how that information may be used and shared and the choices you have to limit or prevent certain uses or sharing of that information.
By using or accessing the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we do this and the changes are material, we will post a notice that we have made changes to this Privacy Policy at https://sales-test.everprep.com/privacy-policy/ for at least 7 days before the changes are made, and we will indicate the date these terms were last revised at the top of the Privacy Policy. Any revisions to this Privacy Policy will become effective at the end of that 7-day period.

About This Policy
From time to time, we may develop new or offer additional services. If the introduction of these new or additional services results in any material change to the way we collect or process your personal data we will provide you with more information or additional terms or policies. Unless stated otherwise when we introduce these new or additional services, they will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

- Ensure that you understand what personal data we collect about you, the reasons why we collect and use it, and who we share it with;
- Explain the way we use the personal data that you share with us in order to give you a great experience when you are using the Services; and

Children
Our Services are not intended for users under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Services or through any of its features, register on the Services, make any purchases through the Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Services, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Personal Information We Collect from You
We collect information from you which, either singularly or in conjunction with other pieces of date, may be used to specifically identify you (“personal information”). The personal information we collect includes:
- Name
- Online identifier (e.g. social media handle)
- IP address
- Unique device ID
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our Services and/or advertisements
- Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this list to create a profile about you to reflect your preferences, characteristics, trends, behavior, attitudes, and the like.
Information You Provide Directly Through Our Services
We and service providers working on our behalf will collect any information that you choose to provide directly through our Services. For example, such information may be collected when you:
- Register for an account or other content access.
- Contact us with a message.
- Make a purchase from our online store.
- Post, upload, or other submit to our Services a comment, photo, or other content or user-general material.
- Register for one of our webinars, events or contests.
- Apply for a job, internship, or fellowship with us.
- Participate in a survey.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
We, our service providers, and our vendors working on our behalf automatically collect certain information about your computer or device and your interactions with our Services through certain tracking technologies. Depending on which Services you use and how you access them, the information collected automatically may include:

- The domain name of your internet service provider
- The website, application, platform, for service you visited before and after using our Services
- Your approximate geographic or specific geographic location information
- The make, model, carrier, and unique device identifier for your mobile device, the unique advertising identifier (e.g. Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID) that allows mobile applications running on your mobile device to gather data for purposes of serving targeted advertising or “interest based” sponsorship credits, and other information about your computer or mobile device, and its browser, operating system, settings, and software
- The dates, times, duration, and frequency of your interactions with the Services
- Your navigation path through the Services
- A list of files you download, listen to, view, email, text, or otherwise share, and other content preferences
- The amount of time spent listening to or viewing media files or pages
- Listening data collected both when you download and listed to media files
- Information about your interactions with our email messages, such as links clicked on and whether the messages were opened or forwarded
- Any error encountered by you when using the Services
This information helps us improve our Service and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Services according to your individual interests.
- Speed up your searches.
- Recognize you when you return to our Services.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies (or browser cookies).A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Services.
- Web Beacons.Pages of the Services and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Services are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
How We Use the Data We Collect
We do not sell your personal information to third-parties.

- To fulfill any other purposes that you intend us to fulfill.
- The provide you with notices about your accounts or subscriptions, including expiration and renewal notices.

- To allow you to participate in interactive features on the Services.

If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please either unsubscribe, change your user preferences in your account, or email us at support@everprep.com, as applicable.
We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.
How We May Disclose Your Information
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, or other third parties we use to support our business.

- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Everprep, our customers, or others.
Data Retention and User Choices
Data Retention. We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with the Everprep Services and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining the performance of the Everprep Services, making data-driven business decisions about new features and offerings, complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We keep some of your personal information for as long as you are a user of the Everprep Services.
If you request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal information, including situations such as the following:
- If there is an unresolved issue relating to your account, such as an outstanding credit on your account or an unresolved claim or dispute we will retain the necessary personal information until the issue is resolved;
- Where we need to retain the personal information for our legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations, we will retain the necessary personal information for the period required by applicable law; and/or,
- Where necessary for our legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention or to maintain the security of our users.
User Choices. You can review and change your personal information by logging into your account and changing your preferences on the account profile page.
You may also send us an email at support@everprep.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Do Not Track Signals
We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals. Instead, we adhere to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and offer the choices described above.
Some third party sites keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your web browser may allow you to set the do-not-track signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.
Security
We employ physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards in an effort to secure the information we collect. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information. Because no security system is impenetrable, however, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases or that information you supply will never be intercepted, accessed, or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. Because most email and mobile transmissions are not encrypted, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email, text messages, or other mobile transmissions.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Links to and from Other Sites and Services
Our Services contain links to other sites, applications, platforms and services operated by third parties whose privacy policies we don’t control and may differ significantly from ours. For instance, clicking or tapping on a sponsorship credit or some third-party logos on the Everprep Services will take you to an entirely different site or service that may collect, use and share information in ways that Everprep would not. You also may access Everprep content and the Everprep Services from a third-party site or service that may collect, use and share information in ways that Everprep would not. Everprep is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services and we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of any such sites or services you visit or access.
Social Networking Services Sign-in and Sharing Tools
If you use tools on our Services that allow you to share stories or other content with your friends and followers on an SNS, that action and any information you share may be used by the SNS according to its own privacy policy.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
